Controller and contact
The controller is QREA CORPORACIÓN EMPRESARIAL, S.L., tax identification number B70662937. Current business contact address: Calle Goya, 18, 28001 Madrid, Spain, without identifying it as the registered office. For privacy enquiries and rights requests, contact contacto@ludentia.es.
Data and purposes
We process information you provide when contacting us: first and last name, professional email, telephone if provided, applicant organisation, requested service and opportunity type, project location and stage, budget if provided and enquiry description. We retain submission context, including the source page and contact action, to respond and follow up on the requested opportunity.
Fields marked as required are necessary to process the form. Without them, submission cannot be completed. Do not send sensitive information or unnecessary third-party personal data. This version of the form does not support document uploads.
We also process technical data required for service security and continuity, such as access time, IP address and error records. These are not used to record complete form submissions.
Legal bases
Service requests are processed to take pre-contractual steps requested by the individual. Where a person contacts us on behalf of an organisation, processing professional contact details to respond and follow up relies on our legitimate interest in maintaining the requested business communication. General enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in responding to the person contacting us, limited to their request. You may object where applicable.
Processing required to comply with legal obligations relies on those obligations. Protection against abuse and unauthorised access relies on our legitimate interest in securing the service. Neither an enquiry nor acknowledgement of this policy is consent to unrelated advertising.
Request management and recipients
Enquiries are received in LUDENTIA's backend and synchronised with ATLAS, our internal contact and opportunity management system. The applicant organisation is kept separate from the internal responsible company. A receipt acknowledgement confirms receipt by LUDENTIA, not that ATLAS has already completed processing.
Data is accessible to authorised personnel and technical providers needed for hosting, storage, web delivery and security, email, notifications and recovery. The web infrastructure uses Amazon Web Services; email and notifications use the services contracted for those functions. Competent authorities may receive data where legally required. Sending an enquiry does not authorise disclosure to third parties for their marketing.
Location and transfers
The website's regional hosting and storage resources are configured in AWS eu-south-2, Spain. CloudFront uses a global delivery network. This configuration does not mean that all provider access or processing is restricted to Spain.
Where a provider involves international data transfers, these must have a valid GDPR mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or applicable contractual safeguards and, where appropriate, supplementary measures. Information about applicable providers and safeguards can be requested at contacto@ludentia.es.
Retention
Commercial enquiries not leading to a contractual relationship will be retained for twelve months from the last meaningful commercial interaction. If a relationship is established, periods arising from contractual and statutory obligations apply. Where required, data will be blocked for applicable liability periods.
Review and erasure are managed through a controlled procedure; automatic enquiry expiry is not promised. Technical logs have a configured thirty-day retention period. Recovery copies follow separate cycles: up to thirty-five days of point-in-time recovery and monthly backups with a ninety-day target, preserving at least two available copies. Deletion is evaluated in the monthly cycle rather than necessarily on day ninety. Restores must respect prior erasure or restriction decisions.
Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by writing to contacto@ludentia.es and identifying your request. Only proportionate additional information needed to verify identity will be requested. Where processing relies on consent, withdrawal does not affect previous lawful processing.
You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es. The form does not apply automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on the applicant.
