Each phase must produce actionable information. The aim is to reduce uncertainty, protect investment and prepare controlled execution.

Decision system

The methodology prevents the project from moving faster than its evidence

Each phase produces deliverables and gate criteria. The goal is not to generate more documentation, but to structure decisions to invest, develop and operate with greater control.

02

Assumptions and model

Construction of scenarios with format, target audience, activity mix, capacity, CAPEX, revenue, costs, team, schedule and key risks.

03

Concept and programme

Definition of business concept, functional programme, spatial requirements, experience, flows, monetisation and criteria for design, technology and operation.

04

Development and procurement

Coordination of suppliers, budget, scope, schedule, dependencies, changes and critical decisions to turn the concept into an executable project.

05

Pre-opening

Preparation of team, systems, protocols, tests, training, launch communication and minimum routines to open with control.

06

Optimisation

Tracking indicators, sales, conversion, occupancy, costs, maintenance, satisfaction, incidents and improvement opportunities after opening.

Qualified conversation

Each project requires a different decision

The first conversation should clarify what is known, what is assumed and what remains to be validated.
